Due to handmade and intentional nature of each piece, all sales are final. Every item is crafted care, purpose, and unique energy. making each creation one-of-a-kind and not easily replaced.

However, your experience matters deeply. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos and details so that I can make it right. 

Custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are created specifically for you and your intentions,

If you feel that an item does not align with your energy, I encourage you to sit with it for a few days as sometimes the connection takes time. That said, if you have concerns, please reach out.

Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, unless work on your piece has already begun.
