●Are your pieces handmade?●

Yes. Every piece within The Eldric Fae is individually handcrafted using natural and ethically sourced materials. No two creations are ever exactly alike.

●Are the bones ethically sourced?●

Whenever possible, materials are naturally found, responsibly reclaimed, or ethically sourced through legal suppliers. No animals are harmed for the sole purpose of creating artwork for The Eldric Fae.

●Are your crystals real?●

Yes. Real crystals and natural stones are used throughout the creations unless otherwise stated in the listing.

●Will my piece look exactly like the photos?●

Each creation is photographed with accuracy. Because many of the works use natural materials such as bone, moss, wood, crystal, and preserved elements, slight variations, texture differences, and natural imperfections are considered part of the artwork’s character. 

●Are your pieces fragile?●

Many of the creations clwithin this shop contain delicate natural materials and should be handled with care. Pieces are intended for decorative, artistic, ritual, or collectible use only.

●Do you accept custom commissions?●

Yes, though commissions may be limited depending on the size and ammount of orders at the current time. Limited custom commissions may occasionally be accepted depending on material availability, project scope, and current workload. If commissions are open, please use the contact page to inquire.

●How long does shipping take?●

Processing times typically range from 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Shipping carrier times may vary depending on location.

●Do you accept returns or exchanges?●

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact The Eldric Fae within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

●Are your creations intended for spiritual or metaphysical use?●

Many pieces are inspired by folklore, ritual spaces, symbolism, and spiritual aesthetics. While all are crafted with intention, all descriptions are artistic interpretations only, and no metaphysical outcomes or spiritual effects are guaranteed.

●Can your pieces be used outdoors?●

Outdoor exposure is not recommended for most creations unless specifically stated otherwise. Prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh weather may damage natural materials over time.

●How should I care for my piece?●

Keep pieces away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Dust gently with a soft cloth or brush and handle delicate elements carefully.

●Do you remake sold pieces?●

Most creations are entirely one of a kind. While similar themes may return, exact replicas are rarely recreated. No two pieces are ever identically alike.
